Breakfast / Lobby Attendant / Guest Experience Attendant

Our Guest Experience Attendants provide exceptional service in breakfast areas and public spaces, ensuring that guests have a welcoming, comfortable experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, clean, and maintain breakfast buffet or service area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with breakfast choices and special requests.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Replenish food and beverage items as needed.
  • Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
  • Ensure the lobby area is neat, inviting, and properly stocked with necessary amenities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
