Housekeeping / Guest Room Attendant

Our Guest Room Attendants ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. They are dedicated to creating an inviting, comfortable environment for guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure that all public areas are clean and organized.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns in rooms or common areas.
  • Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and linen.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to assist guests.
