Banquet & Event Server / Event Service Professional

Our Event Service Professionals provide excellent service at banquets, meetings, and other special events, ensuring guests have an outstanding experience during their time at the hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down banquet and event spaces as per client specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests at events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with event preparation, including table settings, arranging decor, and serving buffet-style meals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous banquet or event service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and perform set-up tasks.
