Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down banquet and event spaces as per client specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests at events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events.
- Assist with event preparation, including table settings, arranging decor, and serving buffet-style meals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or event service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and perform set-up tasks.
