Our Property Maintenance Technicians ensure that outdoor areas and grounds are well-maintained, creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and planting flowers.
- Ensure that pathways, parking lots, and outdoor public areas are clean and free of debris.
- Handle minor outdoor repairs and upkeep of outdoor furniture and fixtures.
- Monitor irrigation systems and adjust water levels as necessary.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
