Our Laundry Services Specialists are responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and delivered in a timely manner to maintain hotel standards of cleanliness.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines for linens and guest laundry.
- Fold and organize linens for distribution to guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area.
- Track laundry inventory and report any shortages.
- Handle guest laundry requests with attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in laundry operations or a similar environment preferred.
- Familiarity with laundry machines and detergents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads.
